Mostyn had a fantastic week in the Eisteddfod. We worked with over 200 young people; it was great fun making lots of creative artworks inspired by Mostyn’s Romuald Hazoume exhibition. Here are some photographs taken from the week:

Rydal Penrhos came for a gallery visit and had a short clay making workshop by Catrin Mostyn Jones, the students had lots of fun and made some lovely clay sculptures, good enough to eat I think!
Daeth Rydal Penrhos i’r oriel a chael gweithdy byr gyda clai gan Catrin Mostyn. Cafodd y myfyrwyr lawer o hwyl gan wneud rhai cerfluniau clai hyfryd, digon da i fwyta dwi meddwl!
We held some ‘Nature’ inspired workshops at Mostyn before schools broke for summer holidays. These workshops were textile based and we had lots of fun getting a little messy and very creative… here are some pics from the week:

‘My Favorite Building in Llandudno’ Richard Baddeley competition was a great success. The exhibition has come down this week in Mostyn, and what a fantastic exhibition it was. Would like to say a big THANK YOU to Richard for sponsoring the competition and to all the artists who competed.
Roedd y gystadleuaeth Richard Baddeley i bortreadu ‘Fy Hoff Adeilad yn Llandudno’ yn llwyddiant mawr. Daeth yr arddangosfa i lawr wythnos yma, ac yn un hynod o dda. Hoffwn ddweud DIOLCH YN FAWR i Richard am noddi’r gystadleuaeth ac i’r artistiaid i gyd am gymryd rhan.
