Gweithdai Canolfan Yr Orsedd 'Creations' Workshops

Ceris Hughes was employed by Mostyn to work with participants of Canolfan Yr Orsedd 'Creations' to lead Printing workshops. Participants had the opportunity to experiment with Screen printing, Mono Printing, Polystyrene Printing along with other creative techniques. Here are some photographs of the wonderful work created.

Gweithdy LYNDON Workshop

Mostyn was invited back to Lyndon Preparatory school to lead an art workshop inspired by ‘Pets’ which is the theme years 1 + 2 are studying at the moment. The students created lovely 2D individual and group pieces and here are some images to see from the day:

Gweithdai 'Blind Deaf UK' Workshops

Mostyn have continued to work with the Deaf Blind forum to offer a ‘Senses’ Project. Participants of the Deaf Blind group are getting the chance to work with 5 different artists over 6 months and use various kinds of media in the process. Artist Sioned Phillips started the project working with participants to create prints and plaster moulds. The group is now working with artist Wendy Couling to make textured and layered paintings.

Bu Oriel Mosyn yn parhau i weithio gyda'r Fforwm Dall a Byddar gan gynnig prosiect sydd wedi cael ei selio ar "synhwyrau." Bydd y grŵp Dall a Byddar yn cael y cyfle i gydweithio gyda 5 artist gwahanol dros y 6 mis nesaf, hefyd yn ystod y broses bydd yn cael arbrofi gyda amrywiaeth o gyfryngau. Dechreuwyd y prosiect i ffwrdd gydag artist o'r enw Sioned Phillips, gan weithio gyda'r cyfranwyr i greu wahanol prints ar ffabrig ac sut i neud chast allan o blaster paris.

Venue Cymru fun day

Oriel Mostyn held art workshops at Venue Cymru to celebrate their Family fun day! In the morning we created 3D flowers and in the afternoon we had fun drawing images inspired by various instrumental music. Thank you to all the participants who were involved!!!

Cynhelir Oriel Mostyn gweithdy celf yn Venue Cymru i ddathlu diwrnod yr ŵyl teuluol. Yn y bore bu'r plant yn creu blodau 3D ac yn y prynhawn dylunwyd lluniau a oedd wedi cael ei ysbrydoli gan gerddoriaeth offerynnol. Hoffwn ddiolch i bawb a gymerodd ran yn yr hwyl!!!

Pixel

Mostyn employed Andy Birch, a local graffiti artist, to work with the participants of Pixel in Rhyl. Andy worked with the young people to create their own boards and designs, here are some of the images from the day!
